The condo project, in Riverview, California, would add up to 5 million square feet of office space, a new hotel and an expansion of existing office space.
The condo project is being built at the site of the existing Stonegate condo tower, which has been closed for years due to construction of the Riverside International Airport.
It is the latest in a series of high-rise condo projects across the nation.
The project, the first of its kind in the country, would include a five-story office tower at the corner of San Jacinto Boulevard and San Pablo Avenue.
It would include 300 residential units and 500,000 square feet in commercial space.
It’s the largest building in the San Jacinas, according to a press release from developer P&G Properties.
It is the largest tower in San Jacintas in the US, the company said.
The building, which would include the five-floor office tower, would be located in the new site of Stonegate Condominiums and Park Plaza.
Stonegate Condos is an office tower that opened in 2007.
It sits on a lot across the street from the existing San Jacominas Condominium building.
