A condo in the sprawling, multi-million dollar Sprouts condominium development in New Orleans has just become the most expensive apartment in the world.

The building, completed last year and now available to buy, has an average asking price of $8.3 million, according to real estate broker CBRE.

The project’s average condo rent is $1,200 per month, with monthly payments of $2,000.

The Sprouts condo building, in the heart of the downtown core, features four levels of living space, including a swimming pool, gym, theater, and gym room, all in a residential building with an annual rent of $1.9 million.

The luxury condo also has a swimming pond with an Olympic-size pool.

The pool also has indoor tennis courts, basketball courts, and tennis nets.

In addition to the pool, there are a total of 10 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and four full-sized bathrooms, according in the listing.

All units include a spa, sauna, laundry room, kitchenette, and living area.

The condo, located in the city’s French Quarter neighborhood, is just two blocks away from the sprawling Sprouts Condominium development.

Sprouts was founded in 2008 by New Orleans-based developer Jody Williams.

It is the latest project to make headlines since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
