If you were to choose a top-of-the-line condo, it’s likely you’d choose the one in the northernmost borough of Bristol.
The City of Bristol, the largest city in the South West of England, has an enviable reputation for being a well-known place to live, and this is true of most of the homes in the city.
As well as being the capital of England’s most populous county, the city also boasts a rich history, and its proximity to the coast is a great place to explore.
So, what is the perfect home for a single adult?
Let’s take a look at the five most popular homes in Bristol.
Top of the list is the two-storey Bristol Condominiums (also known as the Bristol Hills) that are located in the historic Town Hall neighbourhood in South East Bristol.
There are a total of 10 condos in the village that are part of the Bristol condominium development project, and each is well worth the trip to visit.
These condos include the iconic Town Hall Condominium (pictured above) that sits in the heart of the town and is located on the waterfront and overlooking the Bristol Bay.
The other two condos are situated on a hillside just outside the Town Hall, and offer a nice view of the city and the city’s beautiful harbour.
Each condo is listed for a premium price, and you can expect to pay up to £800,000 (€1.1m) per home for your first-time purchase.
Other popular places to live in Bristol are the City of Southwark, which has five historic residential blocks that were built in the 17th and 18th centuries.
The most famous of these is the Southwark Bridge, which spans the River Thames between the City and the South Bank of the Thames.
The Southwark Condominium building (pictured below) is one of the most prestigious of these buildings, and it has a view of a small town on the south bank of the river.
The luxury flats in the tower house The Manor (pictured) are situated in the Riverlands district of South London, and are a very private area of the area.
There’s only one other property in the area, and that’s the Manor Hotel in Whitechapel, which is the official residence of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
Apart from being a nice place to stay, the Manor is a very nice place of work and study, and a lovely spot for a weekend getaway.
The only drawback to living in Southwark is that the surrounding area is notorious for its crime.
While the area is still relatively peaceful, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get away with crime, as people are increasingly getting involved in the criminal underworld.
There is also an area of Bristol known as The Green Belt, and these areas are a great location for a walk or a bike ride, as the road is marked with green, and there are no signs or traffic lights.
The top-rated home in the City Of Bristol is the City Condominium Towers.
The Bristol Hills Apartments in Whitechurch are the tallest residential buildings in the entire city, and their two-floor towers, which were designed by architect Robert Graves, are among the most expensive homes in England.
There may be more expensive properties in the vicinity of the Towers, but you should certainly look into buying a property in Whitechamford.
The tallest residential tower in the UK is the Tower in Whiteham, located at a height of 4,000 feet (1,050m), which is nearly three times the height of the Tower at The Shard in London.
Other notable properties in Bristol include the City Tower, which sits at the centre of Bristol’s Central Business District, and is the tallest building in the world at 2,624 feet (813m).
The City Tower is a landmark building that was built in 1854, and has a total floor area of 1,935,000 square feet (26,000m2), making it the second-tallest building in Europe.
Apartments for single adults are located at the top of the hill in Whiteborough, near the City Towers.
This area of Whiteborough has a number of high-end residential properties, but the best thing about living in Whitechettown is that it’s a short drive from Bristol’s famous river and has plenty of good places to relax on a nice summer’s day.
The best place to start looking for a new home is the Town Halls in Bristol, where there are more than 20,000 single-family homes that are all listed for £1 million (€2.4m).
However, the homes that have been listed for the most recent period are usually much pricier, so you may have to make a few sacrifices in terms of a price-to-income ratio if you’re looking to buy.
