A decade after Hurricane Irma devastated the state, housing advocates are worried about the state’s affordability crisis and are working to find solutions.

More than half of Florida’s 1.6 million residents are still living in households where the income gap between the richest and poorest families is over $20,000.

In Florida, only 4.6 per cent of residents have an income of less than $40,000 and 3.6% have incomes of $40-plus.

“We’re trying to find ways to make sure that we have a healthy housing market for everyone, but at the same time make sure we are creating an environment where we are going to continue to have affordable housing,” said Jennifer Tinsley, executive director of the Florida Condominium Association.

She said that in her five years of working on housing issues, she had never seen anything like this before.

“People are still trying to figure out how to afford to buy a home.

People are still struggling to figure it out.

People still have a lot of questions.

People don’t know what to do,” Tinsyley said.”

It’s very difficult to have a state that’s been struggling with housing, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.”

As Florida struggles with a housing shortage, the housing sector is also under intense scrutiny.

Tinsley said many of the homes that are being sold are properties that are in bad shape and are not suitable for people to live in.

The state is also facing a budget crunch.

The Republican-led Legislature has cut funding for education and public safety, and many residents are struggling to pay the bills.

Tens of thousands of people have been displaced and hundreds of thousands have lost their homes.

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity estimates that a full year of unemployment and underfunded services costs the state $1.8 billion.

“This is just a really big challenge,” Tinesley said of Florida.

“We are going through a very difficult time.

The governor and Congress have been really aggressive on this, but we are in a really tough spot.”

The housing crisis has not been a problem in other states, but the housing market in Florida has seen a dramatic shift in the past few years.

The housing stock in Florida is not nearly as healthy as it was during the Hurricane.

For years, Florida’s housing market was considered among the strongest in the country, with home prices rising in line with population growth.

But as the economy worsened, the state faced a sharp drop in home values and housing sales slowed, leading to a housing crisis.

The shortage of housing led to an influx of people who were unable to find homes.

Many of these people moved to Florida to find work, which was easier to do than buy a house.

However, the economic downturn and lack of housing options created an even larger housing shortage.

“Florida is one of the few states that have had a housing affordability crisis.

People just couldn’t afford to live there anymore.

We’re just seeing that with the market right now,” said Julie Crain, a research fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research.”

The housing market has collapsed.

There are no more houses, there are no new homes.

It’s basically just a ghost town.”

You’re basically stuck with the same house that you lived in 10 years ago, or 15 years ago,” Crain said.

The housing crunch has also created a crisis of homelessness in Florida.

According to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Florida has the highest number of homeless people per capita in the US, with nearly 9,000 people experiencing homelessness each day.

The number of Florida homeless people has increased by about 50 per cent over the past year.

Crain said that when it comes to housing, Florida is in a bind.”

As the housing crisis worsens and the economy worsens, we are also going to see a tremendous increase in homelessness,” she said.

Craining said she has heard many residents speak about how the state is not doing enough to address housing affordability.”

That’s not true. “

That’s the second thing that people see when they hear the word ‘housing.’

That’s not true.

There’s lots of housing that is out there that can be rented for $500 a month.

It can be for $1,000 a month, $2,000, $3,000.”

But Tinsly said that many homeowners are struggling with paying their mortgage payments.

“They’re struggling with their mortgage.

They’re not paying their taxes.

They’ve got to be making extra payments on that.

There is no way that they can keep paying it off,” Tilsley said.””
