Some listings are also listed for the condo development that was announced earlier this month, which would be built at Cedar Creek, about three miles north of downtown Portland.
There’s also a listing for a $1 million condo at Cedar Lake condominium.
All the condos listed are being built in two-bedroom and two-bath units, though they do have two bedrooms available for rent.
The price range for the Cedar Creek condos is $1-2 million per unit.
The condos will be built as two-story buildings, so they will be a bit taller than some of the other condos currently listed on the market.
The Cedar Creek development is slated to be finished in 2019.
The new Cedar Creek condo would include four apartments, which are set to go up to 935 square feet and come with a kitchenette, a living room, and a full bath.
The kitchenette would be a two-person bathroom.
There will also be a pool area, a play area, and two separate living spaces.
The condo will be connected to the surrounding community through a shared courtyard.

The first two condos on the list were sold to a Chinese company earlier this year for $1 billion.
The project is expected to open in 2019 and is scheduled to be completed by 2021.
The Cedar Lake Condominium developers have stated they plan to open the development as a one-story condo, which means it will have the same building footprint as the current Cedar Creek community, but would be taller and more extensive.
The developer is also planning to build a new hotel and a residential condominium tower.
